Statement

May Not Have Won the Election, But--

I did win because I had the honor of working with an outstanding group of statewide and local candidates.

I did win because I had the honor of working with a great group of volunteers and a great staff.

I did win because I had the opportunity to represent and speak out for the people and values that are important to us in Idaho:

Economic opportunity and more jobs
Raising the minimum wage so that it is a living wage
Protecting and preserving our special places like the BWC
Working together and across the aisle to solve problems
Returning honesty and integrity to politics
I look forward to continue working with all of you in the future as we stand up to the bullies and restore balance to Idaho.

I want to thank my wife Mary, whose support and wise counsel made this great adventure possible for me.
